Brett is a serial tech entrepreneur with a strong track record of leading and scaling technology businesses in New Zealand. As CEO of Webtools, he grew the company from a two-person startup to a team of over 40 across Christchurch and Melbourne, delivering software solutions for health, energy and agriculture sectors. He co-founded Agentic Intelligence, New Zealand's leading AI consultancy for SMEs, and brings that same focus on practical, high-impact technology to his role as Co-Founder of Adiso.
Andy is a practising financial adviser and Director at Bradley Nuttall Otago, one of New Zealand's leading independent wealth management firms. Holding a BSc and Graduate Diploma from the University of Canterbury, he has spent over a decade working with high-net-worth clients across financial planning, retirement advice and KiwiSaver. As Co-Founder of Adiso, Andy ensures the platform remains grounded in the realities of everyday advice workflows and regulatory requirements.
Brad is a serial entrepreneur and transformational leader with a proven history of founding and scaling businesses across healthcare, defence, logistics and AI. A University of Otago graduate, he co-founded Agentic Intelligence after leading organisations across diverse sectors. As Co-Founder of Adiso’s AI capability, Brad focuses on designing robust agentic workflows and scalable architecture — turning complex requirements into practical, production-ready systems.
Jacob Wolt has spent three decades at the leading edge of financial advice in New Zealand, consistently backing the shifts that later became industry standard. After co-founding Bradley Nuttall in 1994, he led it to become one of the first New Zealand firms to move to fee-only advice in 1998, followed by early adoption of evidence-based investing in 2001. He was also a foundation user of the AEGIS investment platform, now APEX. He later drove the separation of Bradley Nuttall’s middle office into what became Consilium, which now supports more than 150 advisory firms nationwide. He also co-founded Cambridge Partners, one of New Zealand’s leading independent, fee-only advice businesses. Alongside this, Jacob has experience in the institutional and enterprise space, and an appreciation of how banks, financial institutions and larger advice networks think about new infrastructure.
His involvement in Adiso is about what comes next. Jacob believes the advice profession is on the cusp of a genuinely exponential — not linear — shift, driven by AI and new technology. The firms willing to ride that wave will be the ones delivering better advice to far more New Zealanders, and ultimately to clients globally. As an investor and director, he brings the perspective of someone who has built advice businesses from the ground up, and who understands how institutional and enterprise decision-makers weigh these kinds of changes. He has a clear view of where the compliance, workflow and relationship friction sits — and where technology can genuinely ease it.
Beyond Adiso, Jacob is Chairman of the Gut Foundation New Zealand, a director of Become Wealth, and remains active across Canterbury’s business and community landscape.
